Terms, Conditions and liability.
We will charge the sum of £39.95phh for our engineer to repair a customers boiler with best endeavour (plus the cost of any parts required) and offer a 12 months guarantee on parts fitted*. This Covers the Boiler those parts supplied by the manufacturer and fitted within the boiler case, Repairs or replacement of pump, repairs to radiator pipework, leaks, and or replacement of radiator valve, gas leaks to boiler, No hot water or heating problems, electrical faults to boiler,programmers and room or cylinder thermostatic controls, providing that the boiler is not beyond economical repair (the point at which our engineer estimates that the cost of repairing your boiler exceeds its value) based on our scale of valuations according to type and age of boiler.In this case you will be informed and at your request we will still fit the parts but offer no guarantee or accept any liability for further breakdowns,.In the event of you requiring a new boiler we can quote to replace and will give you £150.00 of the replacement estimate if we fit the Appliance. We will also give you extra value in the form of the first annual service free and worth £72.00 your boiler will be serviced by Dave Brennan Plumbing heating and gas engineers at a time to suit you at the end of the 12 month period after installation.

Central heating boiler or appliance replacement, Feed and expansion tank. Expansion vessels,Hot water storage tanks or Cylinders cold water storage tank Radiators or towel rails repairs rusted or broken.De-scale or remove sludge from central heating system.aga,raeyburn,separate water heaters,fuelled by electricity,Lpg or calor gas or is not part of the Boiler or system as specified Should other works be required over and above the fixed cost the engineer will quote you separately for these works and agree a price if you require the extra works you are then resposible for settling these extra costs directly with the engineer at the end of the job Our engineers will be happy to quote you for works or for larger works arrange for one of our surveyors to attend and price.
